1st Interview
A phone call with our HR specialist will provide us with an initial insight into your professional background and your passion for the e-commerce world.
Assessment Phase
Before moving further, we require the completion of two assessments:
a. Technical Assessment: To gauge your technical proficiency related to the job.
b. DISC Assessment: To understand your personality traits and how they align with our team dynamics.
Final Interview
A more in-depth Zoom interview with the respective department lead and our operations manager. They’ll dive deep into your competencies and ensure a mutual fit.
Special Meet & Greet
For senior level or leadership positions, there might be an additional third Zoom meeting. It’s less of an interview and more of a friendly meet and greet with additional members of our leadership team, giving both sides the chance to establish personal rapport.
